O'Bannon Article Review

   I found this article easy to read and full of useful information. I really enjoyed all the statistics about students improvement from effective whiteboard teaching. I found it interesting that the more troubled students didn't make big gains. I thought that this type of teaching would have helped them to better grasp the concepts. But then I guess it correlates with the theory that individual teaching is the best for struggling students. This article made me want to make sure that I was properly using my own whiteboard in the future. I liked the ideas of how to use the whiteboard besides just another way to project the materials for the students. I hadn't seen it used other than this purpose. I think this article along with the video examples in class helped to clearly depict the advantages of proper whiteboard/smartboard use!
